The F1 is a semi-automatic milling machine for soles.

The presence of two spindle shafts allows machining with two different milling profiles.
It is possible to save electronically the tool change points. In correspondence of such points, during processing, a pneumatic lock on the rotation of the piece advises the operator when to perform the milling change.
The centring of the work-piece takes place through a pneumatic system with adjustable leverages. To minimize setup tasks, it is possible to set the distance between the template and the raw sole, thus modifying only the opening of the centring devices.
This allows working with excellent repeatability on welted soles, soles with heels, accessories, etc.
This machine, which is the design result of many years of experience, integrates traditional technology with quality and concept improvements that bring the F1 to a level of reliability, accuracy and production quality higher than those of any other equipment of this type, currently on the market.
The spindles were designed to ensure 12,000* hours of operation before overhaul, and this in addition to the possibility of changing the rotation speed up to 16.000 rpm. The intelli-shift system through the pneumatic arm movement eliminates all possible adjustment spacers (once necessary) to set the height of the milling pair.
