The PF4 is an high production manual load cnc milling machine.
It is designed and realized to execute milling for the injection of plastic material, digging for the sew, decorations, heel housing, jurdan etc.
The base version of the machine has two working planes; a pair of soles can be loaded for each plane, the digging operation is made by two electrospindles that could work with two different kind of tools or with the same kind of tool at the same time (tandem work).
The centering of the sole could be make in three different ways:
– double V referements
– lateral pivot
– template

The stability of the structure and the last generation of electronic equipment, make the working feed required from the tools and the material, the only imposition on the productivity. The unload of the soles is made automatically by the machine, the operator makes only the load and the centering.
The “D” version of the machine with four electrospindles and the double orizontal Y axis allows to reach a 650 pairs/h productivity with two different tools (double tandem work).

The human machine interface is functional and intuitive, all the software accelerators and the associativity of some working proprieties simplify and speed up the process; designed to work with a 19″ touch screen it makes the operation clear, simple and easy to do.
